The room I booked was in good condition, in an ideal location close to various Vietnamese restaurants, shopping centers, markets, and restaurants.

the room was a nice size and well-equipped, with nice decor and coffee and a safe box for our comfort. the location was top and reasonably priced - 200 metres away from view.

Had wonderful stay for 4 nights with amiable staff and incredible location to tourist destinations. Location: the hotel was close enough to various coffee shops and places to get local food, Ben Thahn market, and the attractions in district 1. Stopped by Cafe Nguyen Hoang to get some coffee and treats, it's a short walk to the venue, recommend. The pool was lovely and I had good drinks in the rooftop bar. Fast check-in was a bonus.
